Our Story: The Heart Behind Sunrise Realty

Our family first came to Guam in 2014 with the U.S. Air Force—and it didn’t take long for us to realize we had found more than just a duty station. We had found our home.

We fell in love with Guam for so many reasons—the warmth of its people, the beauty of its beaches, the laid-back island lifestyle, and the rich blend of cultures that make this island truly special. We loved raising our kids with so much freedom and peace! The Håfa Adai spirit welcomed us with open arms, and the deep-rooted traditions, vibrant community, and incredible travel opportunities made it clear: this is where we were meant to plant roots.

With over 16 years of experience as a financial advisor, I was always fascinated by real estate. It beautifully combines three of my passions: finances, interior design, and helping others—along with the hands-on knowledge we gained through our own property investments. Randy, my husband, shared this interest and after retiring from the military, we took a leap of faith.

In 2020, we opened our own boutique agency in Dededo: Sunrise Realty.

We chose the name Sunrise because Guam is the first U.S. territory to greet the sun each day—a fitting symbol of new beginnings, both in our lives and in the lives of the people we serve. Our slogan, “To New Beginnings,” reflects that spirit. Whether it’s a first home, a fresh start, or a long-term investment, we’re here to walk that journey with you.

Together we lead with a family-first mindset. Our children, our agents, and our clients are all part of what makes this more than just a business—it’s our purpose.
